Here, the book deals with “calculation of the number signifying the name of monster and marking of the people with this number , that is, the sign of the monster.” During the Roman times, slaves and soldiers used to be marked. They used to have tattoos made on their bodies which signify certain Gods in order to express their loyalty to that God. Tevrat-Hezekiel-9:4-6 cites marking of men. In ancient times, the mysterious religions the letters had a value. Thus, it would be possible to calculate some numbers and dates based on a name or expression as a significant way of analyzing prophecies. Here, it is pointed out that numeric value of the name of the evil monster who is opposed to Messiah will be 666. There is a numeric value corresponding to Greek, Arabic and Hebrew letters. Thus, by adding the numeric value of a name, total numeric value of that name is calculated. The first monster was Babel, thus, the first Dajjal must be Nebukadnessa, the King of Babel. The numeric value of the name Nebukadnessar in Greek is , indeed, 666. We can say that the second most well-known anti-Christian could be NERON (A.D. 37-68), the Roman Emperor. Given the fact that Book of Revelations was written at the time of ruthless Neron, it is evident that this prophecy concerning return of Jesus Christ clearly encodes Neron. So, the expression “before this generation disappears” is validated. Although this is the case, today, everyone has started to pay more attention to this number to bring the Messiah who seems to be never coming. Due to fear of giving birth to a Dajjal on 6.6.2006, some women who had an appointment for delivery on that date had a cesarean one day before. Since things are so serious, Nostradamus, the famous Oracle, could not help taking a part in this, and in the prophecies he wrote in the 16^th century, he gave three names opposing to religion such as Napoleon, Hitler and Mabus. First of all, which one of the calculation method is correct? Which alphabet should be taken as basis for these calculations? If one cannot find 666 according to one alphabet, it may be possible to find such number according to another alphabet. Which one is correct? Making calculation over Latin alphabet like many amateurs or over Hebrew, the language of Yuhanna? I supposes using Hebrew is more reasonable. Let’s give another well-known name after working on numerical values of Hebrew letters;

Although this seem so exciting, careful eyes should have realized that this calculation was made based on principles of Latin alphabet, rather, the principles of Hebrew. In Hebrew, the name George is written only in 4 letters ( Gimel, Vav, Resh, Gimel) and Bush may correspond to ( Bet, Vav, Shin). In this calculation, the letter “S” has a different value, the counterpart of “SH” was selected. In short, this is a made-up calculation. Also, is the equivalent of the selected name in Hebrew correct? The equivalents of the names in Hebrew are different. For instance, the name “George” has 3 equivalents in Hebrew ( Yizra’el, Adam, Carmeli). The name Walker has not been taken into consideration at all. As a consequence , if you pay attention, you will see that Bible states that this calculation requires wisdom.⁵⁹ Anyone can find whatever result he may want through pre-assumptions and made-up calculations. Several irrelevant well-known persons might be declared Dajjal although this is not the truth. So, while there are so many people who were declared Dajjal during all eras by reaching the number 666 through manipulation of various alphabets, how could we derive a clear conclusion from the prophecies and could they present us a clear description of Dajjal?

Also, are we really sure that 666 is the number that symbolizes the Dajjal? The number 666 is said to have been exported to Judaism from the Babel legends during the times of captivity in Babel and it is said the original number is 3661.⁶⁰ Some other people have another claim. According to the new claim of Christian theologians, contrary to common belief, the number of devil is not 666, The real number specified in Chapter of Revelations in John’s Bible is 616. However, as a result of mistranslation of the original Greek text, the number of devil was perceived as 666. It was asserted that the number 666 that has been known as the number of devil ever since the second century was a result of a mistranslation and the real number symbolizing the devil is 616. After the news coverage published in German Bild, it has been found out that the numbers contained in the original Greek text have been mistranslated. These findings challenge the authenticity of this prophecy. There is another point which makes people pay attention to these prophecies;

Recently, we have started to mark black bars called barcode on the products which ensure that all features of a product including price can be easily tracked down at the time of buy and sale of goods. Now, it is not possible to buy anything which does not carry such marks in the big markets. This system was invented by an engineer named George Joseph Laurer working at IBM. The interesting part of the story is that the numeric value of the long bars at both ends and in the middle of the barcode system is 666. Reporters have asked Laurer about this coincidence , yet he answered the question as to how this numeric value has been reached and why it is kept secret by saying “everything has been selected randomly.”⁶¹ The fact that IBM is a computer software company and is owned by a Jew makes us think whether all of these events are merely a coincidence, or they are a result of deliberate efforts of people who are knowledgeable about the prophecies for the purpose of fictionalizing the events. Also, the fact that short version of ‘world wide web’ is ‘www’ and, again, the counterpart of the letter W in Hebrew is and numeric value of “WWW” is “666¨ is another factor that makes people pay attention to this issue. If there is really an effort of fictionalizing, in other words, forcing God for the Judgement Day, all of these fictions seem to be so amateur. Because whet is pointed out in Vahiy-13:17 is not for the man, nor for a product or goods. It is stated that a man with no mark may not engage himself with any kind of exchange. The abovementioned fictitious assumptions are not directly linked with the issue. What matters is man’s being marked with the sign of 666 or a mark symbolizing this number. Now, you may think that , soon, every man shall bear a similar mark, maybe a microchip, and they will do everything they want to do using that microchip. I think such an invention will be made in order to have all worldly acts done easily. However, citizenship number, finger print or our pupil are enough for identification. Nevertheless, some people may come up with a coding system with a numerical value being 666 just for the sake of making these prophecies come true. We should be wide-awake.
